Does Dynamics 365 support multiple currencies?

Yes, across the whole family — Business Central, Finance and Operations, and the Dataverse-based CE apps (Sales, Customer Service) all support multi-currency transactions and reporting, with exchange rates, revaluation, and reporting currency handled differently in each product because they run on different platforms.
Business Central handles multi-currency at the ledger level with exchange rate tables and a dedicated revaluation process; Finance and Operations goes further with true parallel currencies for organisations that need to report the same transactions in more than one currency simultaneously, which is a step up from single-reporting-currency-plus-conversion. Dataverse-based CE apps handle currency mostly at the transaction level (an opportunity or quote in a given currency) rather than full ledger-level accounting, since they aren't financial systems.
The practical question to ask isn't 'does it support multi-currency' — every product does at some level — it's 'does it support the specific multi-currency requirement I have' (true parallel reporting currencies, statutory FX revaluation rules for a specific jurisdiction, real-time rate feeds). That's where BC and F&O genuinely diverge in depth.
